Resolved Question: What kind of bike should I get and where should I get it from?

The weather is getting nice and I'm planning on purchasing a bicycle. I'm sixteen years old so I'm on a tight budget. I'm not going to spend more then $90 on it. I'm not looking for a fancy bike. I probably will be riding it only twice a week or so. I'll be riding it on the street and maybe on the dirt at some parks. I want it to be easy to ride up and downhill so I can't get a cruiser. So should I get a hybrid? I don't think I'd need a mountain bike. And I don't want a road bike because I don't want to be hunched over when I'm riding. Is a hybrid the right bike for me?
