I'm a 13 year old girl, and I want to be more fashionable; but without buying things that are really expensive. I never shop at Hollister, American Eagle, Garage, etc. And I don't have Hollister or AE where I live in Canada. I want to be a kind of girl who has really pretty but inexpensive clothes, and gets lots of compliments. I don't have a lot of money either. Here are a list of stores I like: Walmart, Bluenotes, Ardene, Claire's, places like that. I occasionally go to the thrift store near my house, and I usually find something there. So what are your tips and tricks? I want to be a fashion designer or a makeup artist when I get older. Additional Details And what are some stores I can shop at in Canada? I go to the Bellis Fair mall in Bellingham, WA a couple times a year to shop, and they have great stuff. What are some good but cheap stores there? I don't shop online, either. But my Walmart sucks.
