Resolved Question: Help me out on my flight please.?

Okay, so I'm traveling to San Diego in late July, I can leave from Bellingham WA or Seattle WA, but preferably Bellingham. I will be coming back in Augest. I've only flown Allegiant before, are there any other cheap airlines I could try. And by cheap I'm talking under $300. I don't really want SouthWest. I won't have any checked bags as I'm seeing my family and I already have my clothes in San Diego, (so there won't be a cost for having luggage) I'll just have a carry on.
