Resolved Question: Internet recommendations?

In September I'm moving into a new apartment in Bellingham, WA and I'm looking into my choices for internet. My roommate-to-be plays MMOs a lot and I don't want my browsing and movie-watching to cause her to lag. My available choices are: 1.5 Mbps from Comcast- $25/month 1.5 Mbps from Qwest- $30/month for the first 6 months, then $40/month 15 Mbps from Comcast- $20/month for the first 6 months, then $60/month 7 Mbps from Qwest- $30/month for the first 6 months, then $45/month PLUS a $100 gift card Any recommendations as far as speed or provider?
